The Project Manager Position:

The Project Manager will run their Jobs from "Cradle to Grave" (Which includes quotes, submittals and RFIs). The Project Manager will also handle schedule updates, attend weekly meetings, assist with subcontractor review and management, and material procurement. The Project Manager needs to have the ability to read blueprints, be capable of problem solving efficiently, provide consistent communication, and have the drive to work hard to keep the project on track.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience is required
• Ability to manage projects and develop client relationships
• General computer proficiency
• Strong interest for the Commercial Construction Industry
• Multitasker
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work hard
• Communicate effectively

Compensation and Benefits:

After a 90 Day probationary period our compensation package includes health benefits, Company 401(k), paid time off, and a strong company culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
