Onsite in Lynnwood, WA | Full-Time/Permanent
$85k - $100k base bonus | 401k matching | full benefits
We are a full-service architecture and engineering firm for national expansions and program rollouts. Over the last 15 years we have scaled to 13 offices across the US along with over 150 employees and counting!
You will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings, specifications for all aspects of design, bidding, and construction to meet the objectives of the client.
What You Need for this Position
- Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Architectural background
Plus Skills:
- Retail, restaurant or other commercial experience
- Degree in architecture
- Ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design.
What You Will Be Doing
- Primarily responsible for the preparation of Construction Documents.
- Work closely with the Job Captain and Project Manager to create drawings from written and verbal directions for design/ planning exhibits.
- Responsible for assisting the job captain and project team with the production and/or revision of the drawings, including program compliance; code and agency compliance; schedule commitments; product research.
- Review the project schedule and provide any feedback on document production time frames as necessary.
