Job Description:This individual will be a key player for our firm. The Job Captain’s responsibilities will include design development, producing & coordinating construction documents with the Principal Architect and Consultants. The Candidate should have experience in commercial architecture. This IS NOT a remote position.Additional important preferred requirements for consideration:
- 3 years’ experience including Commercial Projects.
- Perform assignments and arrive at solutions by receiving instructions on assignment objectives from Team leaders.
- Good team skills and work ethic.
- Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence to technical issues.
- Relationship skills for clients, contractors, and staff.
- Flexibility in assignments and team leadership.
- Proficient writing and verbal communication skills.
- AutoCAD Proficiency Mandatory.
- Compensation is based on experience.
- Being familiar with UBC Codes is helpful.
- Yearly Bonus.
