Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Architectural Products Relations Manager. In this role, you will act as a crucial liaison between the general contractor community and our internal operations and sales team to foster growth within a rapidly expanding division. Your expertise in construction project management and commercial trades will be instrumental in ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with general contractors to prepare quotations for architectural products and services.
Review project parameters, contractual terms and conditions, and overall project scope to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Evaluate subcontractor responsibilities and communicate expectations to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct site visits for field measuring and site evaluations, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in project planning.
Compile and maintain project status reports, providing timely updates to team members and stakeholders.
Offer product solutions and recommendations to meet project requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Review and approve shop drawings (blueprints) to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating installation activities in collaboration with project teams.
Manage a multi-phase payment collection process, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely invoicing.
Requirements:
3 – 5 years of experience in a construction Project Manager role or similar position, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in the trades, preferably within the commercial construction sector.
Advanced knowledge of commercial construction practices, including building codes, quality standards, and construction tools.
Proficiency in contract management fundamentals, with experience in overseeing contractors under contract terms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through project complexities with agility and professionalism.
