Architectural Sign Group lnc.(ASG) has been fabricating, managing and installing custom architectural signage projects in the tri-state area for over 25 years. Our staff is well versed in implementing a signage program from the pre-bid process to the final punch list. ASG has been recognized by Architectural Record, SEGO, AECOM, NYCTA.

ASG, a continuing growing company is seeking for a Project Manager who will overlook and manage from all primary stages of projects.

Required Skills:

• Good time management skills and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
• Proficient in interpreting drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of all construction trades with a full comprehensive understanding of general construction.
• Strong work ethic, high level of responsibility with strong attention to detail
• Attend site visits, develop relationship with clients
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Review/analyze/qualify bids from vendors for accuracy and completeness
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all
• Dependable and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Excellent Leadership Skills

• Required: 5 Years of Experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with Retail Projects preferred

Projects base includes; NY Metro, LI and NJ
