SIGNAGE COMPANY LOOKING TO HIRE PROJECT MANAGER
Architectural Sign Group lnc.(ASG) has been fabricating, managing and installing custom architectural signage projects in the tri-state area for over 25 years. Our staff is well versed in implementing a signage program from the pre-bid process to the final punch list. ASG has been recognized by Architectural Record, SEGO, AECOM, NYCTA.
ASG, a continuing growing company is seeking for a Project Manager who will overlook and manage from all primary stages of projects.
Required Skills:
- Good time management skills and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
- Proficient in interpreting drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of all construction trades with a full comprehensive understanding of general construction.
- Strong work ethic, high level of responsibility with strong attention to detail
- Attend site visits, develop relationship with clients
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Review/analyze/qualify bids from vendors for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all
- Dependable and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Excellent Leadership Skills

- Required: 5 Years of Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with Retail Projects preferred
Projects base includes; NY Metro, LI and NJ
