Architectural Manager jobs in Sacramento, CA

Actalent is looking for an architectural project manager to join our growing client that is a retail firm. This is fully remote.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Oversite of the project team

- Work on multiple projects

- Participation in the design process

- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

- Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents

- Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance

- Coordination of the project team’s work

- Monitor the progress of all construction phases

- Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.

- Responsible for project schedule and budget

- Build and maintain client relations

- Assist with construction administration

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in architecture desired, but not a must

- 5 years of architectural drafting experience

- Strong knowledge of AutoCADl
