Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

• Bachelors or Masters of Architecture required
• 4 years of architectural experience
• Strong knowledge of Revit
• Experience starting and completing projects as a PM
• Self-driven with flexibility to focus on a single client or multiple projects
• Knowledge of building codes
• Prepare client presentation materials, including design sketches, renderings, models, and graphics
• Assist in preparing adaptations and technical alternatives for project team review

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, 401k, PTO, and a flexible schedule.
