Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project, including design development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Review architectural drawings and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design purposes
- Experience with construction management and estimating
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Sketchup for 3D modeling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Architecture
- Architecture License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
