An architectural firm located in Ewing, NJ is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join their team. Typical projects include Educational Design (from preschool through post graduate), Municipal and Library projects, as well as others. This person will work under the supervision of the Principals and Associates and will be involved in all phases of the design process including construction document production and client meetings. Will be responsible for preparing schematic design drawings, design development drawings, and contributing to construction documents in AutoCAD. Requires the ability to manage a multi-person internal team along with external consultants. Additional responsibilities may include services related to marketing and administration. Job Requirements: BS degree in Civil Engineer ; 10-15 years of architectural experience; Experience in moderate to large scale commercial or institutional projects is required; Must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe programs at a minimum; K-12 Educational design experience is a plus, but not required. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. Benefits include Health and Dental Plans, 401k, and Paid Vacation, Sick, Holiday and Personal Days, Flex Time and Summer Hours.
