2nd Shift Personal Care Aide/Med Tech Part Time or Full Time

Time: 2pm-10pm

Shift Differential

EERC is a Personal Care Community located at 1300 E King St, Lancaster PA 17602

Applicant must hold a current Pennsylvania Direct Care Certification

Training Provided

Job Responsibilities include

Assists with medication administration to residents following the directions of the prescriber.
Assisting & monitoring residents of various levels of need with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, hygiene and toiletry needs
Conducting rounds to check on resident needs
Following direction of supervisors and working as a member of a care team
Participating in the development of resident care plans
Assisting residents to doctors’ appointments
Additional Skills required

Must have or pass the Pennsylvania Direct Care Certification
CNA must have current CNA certification
HS Diploma or GED is required
CPR/First Aid Certification (can recertify on-site at Evergreen Estates)
Proficient communication skills
Ability to work with a team of caregivers
High standards of ethics and personal accountability
Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs routinely
Positive attitude
Applicants must have reliable transportation.

All applicants will be required to pass background check and drug-screen.

1-year of direct care/caregiver experience preferred, but willing to work with the right applicant.
