    Responsibilities:

    • Water, mold and bio-hazard mitigation, ability to demo a work site removing walls, flooring, and cabinets.
    • Take Moisture readings, diagram area, and document damage.
    • Set up of drying equipment, extract water from flooded structures.
    • Remove contents for cleaning, minor electrical and plumbing work.
    • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
    • Identify safety hazards, communicate and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
    • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes while providing exceptional customer service.
    • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, fellow technicians and customers.


    Qualifications:

    • Willingness for continued learning and growth.
    • Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers.
    • Strength with handling deadlines.
    • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
    • Must be willing to work on call as needed. Some nights and weekends required on a rotation schedule.
