Luxury fine art studio is looking for a full time Customer Service Assistant who is focused primarily on assisting clients with preparing for their portrait session and confirming their appointment. We are looking for an upbeat, charismatic, self-motivated individual with strong problem solving and active listening skills.

The Customer Service Assistant offers support and instruction to our clients. This role will also be required to perform light administrative work relating to our charity auction donations.

Responsibilities:

• Build excitement with clients prior to their portrait commission and assist them in finalizing any details that will prepare them for their session.
• Calendar management - handle cancellations and reschedules while ensuring a full calendar for our client experience team.
• Use our industry specific software to email and text client communications in a timely manner to provide a high level of client support
• Help coordinate our charitable donations and distribution materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year customer service experience required
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Decisiveness and attention to detail
• Computer skills, Mac experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Office 365
• Polite, professional phone voice
