Art Director Assistant assists the Art Director with all phases of design projects to ensure successful project completion. Monitors work through all stages of pre-production and production and facilitates solutions to any issues that may arise. Being an Art Director Assistant reviews the work of videographers, photographers, designers, and graphic artists. Requires knowledge of typography, layout, color, and visual communication. Additionally, Art Director Assistant requires a bachelor's degree of art or design. Typically reports to Art Director. The Art Director Assistant gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The VP of Operations directs and manages the business unit activities, implements effective business strategies, and programs and allocates budget resources. Provides direct management and oversight of key functional areas in the business units including Production, Warehouse, R&D, and Product & Business Development across our four facilities on the east coast located in Hanover, MD, Fort Mill & Blythwood, SC, and Miami, FL. Ensures that project/department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
The VP of Operations is responsible for top grading and developing the management team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, entrepreneurial mindset, team building and learning. This role is responsible for managing multi-sites production & distribution facilities that formulates and manufactures machines and inks and distributes tattoo, permanent makeup and piercing supplies. This position will be responsible for having effective supervision over production staff, verifying successful manufacturing & distribution operations, and developing procedures that comply with the company needs, plans and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring all day-to-day operations, including purchasing, production planning, manufacturing and shipping of quality products maintain continuous quality while reviewing process improvements to ensure attainment of operational goals, tactics, and priorities that drive business results with a focus on quality.
The VP of Operations will report directly to the CEO. In addition, this position will partner with Sales & Finance to ensure forecasting, quality, and supply chain are running optimally as well as the SVP of Marketing on new products, marketing campaigns and other promotions.
