Envision Tattoo Studio in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a part time, front desk receptionist to work between two tattoo studios in Fayetteville.

Our ideal candidate should be able to work weekends, evenings, and have a flexible schedule as needed. Training will be from 11pm to 3pm.

Job description

Receptionists represent our studio, and are responsible for checking clients in and out, utilizing the phone system, processing payments, general administrative work, housekeeping, creating marketing content, meeting sales targets, and assisting clients, artists, and owners as requested. A welcoming, positive attitude and friendly personality is a MUST for this position.

Applicants must be able to work under pressure, able to multitask independently and have strong customer service. Applicants must be a people person, motivated, have child care experience and eager to learn.

Compensation is dependent on experience, and is $10.00 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service
• Ability to create a friendly bond and engage with clients
• Experience in customer service, sales and child care as we are a family studio. Supervising children in studio.
• Must be able to quickly pick up and implement a specific communication style.
• Must be a quick learner and eager to learn.

Operate the cash register and point of sale.

Opening/closing reception duties, locking up and opening the studio, cleaning, mopping, taking out the trash, etc.

Janitorial duties of the lobby, reception area, restroom, common areas and outside the studio.

Computer experience, scheduling software and typing.

Following the flow of a lead tracking system, following up with clients.

Checking customers in and out and administrative duties.

Booking appointments and managing artists schedules.

Data entry

Sale of tattoos

Sticker making and T Shirt making

We are a family studio and looking for a dynamic family orientated person that is customer service driven.
