Being an Art Director leads the design and production operations of all visual elements including publications, infographics, and social content, that are deployed across digital, interactive and print. Stays current on latest trends. Additionally, Art Director develops a network of vendors, freelance artists, and designers to utilize for project support. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Art Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Noble Academy seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Art teacher for a full-time, 10-month position that will begin August 2024. The main priority of this teacher will be to teach small group Art classes of 2nd - 12th grade students, although teaching assignments may vary slightly from year to year. Responsibilities will also include serving as an advisor and/or supervising student activities. Noble Academy is an independent, college prep 2-12 school in Greensboro, NC that serves students with learning disabilities and ADHD.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Art or a related field and current teaching license are required, as well as experience teaching students with learning differences.
