- Purpose of the Job We’re looking for a multi-talented Designer / Art Director to help drive creative executions and assist with designing exceptional 2D and 3D materials. You will work in tandem with a Senior Creative Lead and provide creative support on projects for our client’s Partner Marketing team. You will also be involved with branding, sales and marketing materials, presentations, client advertising campaigns, printed collateral and digital executions. Creation of infographics, mocks, illustrations, and training materials is not outside of your realm of talents. This position is based hybrid in Mountain View, CA. Key Responsibilities Provide creative direction to agency partners Partner closely with Partner Marketing from briefing to final handoff Work with larger creative team to obtain key messaging and objectives Present clean design with personality and strong creative logic Engage with cross functional teams Proactively seek out and present creative solutions Maintain brand guidelines and consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs. Design generalist with ability to wear many creative hats Take on other projects and tasks as assigned Knowledge, Skills Experience BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field In lieu of a degree, 5 years relevant art direction and design experience Experience with creative projects for retail, consumer brands, or marketing campaigns Conceptual thinker with a keen eye for design and ability to execute on that design Solid working knowledge of graphic design programs, typography, composition, color proofing, print processes, prototype reviews and project specs Ability to solve complex design problems and strategically approach solutions Ability to design concepts through to implementation Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a highly iterative and collaborative environment Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams Experience with UI patterns, systems, grids, typography, identity, and brand principles Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace and Figma Experience preparing files for both print and digital assets across multiple platforms You are a true team player and your first priority is the client’s satisfaction Self-starter and effective problem solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business. For California applicants: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location.
