We have an immediate opening for an Art Production Manager in our Bellingham, WA facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of marketing personnel, including artists, photographers and videographers, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Create and review processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage, develop and coach employees.
• Motivate employees in a positive way to create a team-effort work environment.
• Oversee the design and production operations of all visual elements, including publications and social content that are deployed across digital and print.
• Collaborate with artists and other departments daily.
• Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and Internet websites.
• Track projects status and report on a weekly basis.
• Manage feedback process between internal customers and the Marketing team.
• Proactively help problem solve on art and technical issues.
• Hire, train, and onboard new marketing staff.
• Support team with marketing tasks as workload necessitates.
• Troubleshoot any potential issues related to marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an art production or related field
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge and usage of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Extensive experience working with Mac computers and associated software.
• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
