Vita Brevis Fine Art has specialized in creating heirloom quality portraiture for over 15 years. The studio is seeking target-driven booking specialists to join our energetic team at our Colorado Springs studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience start to finish. We are hiring morning and afternoon part time positions.

Our engaging, high energy booking specialists are the voice of our luxury brand, providing an incredible first impression that focuses on building relationships with our clients and their families over the phone.

Your role at Vita Brevis:

• Outbound calls to potential clients from script (no cold calling)
• Convey our brand and build rapport by scheduling appointments using our industry specific software
• Meet daily and weekly specific targets for calls and bookings
• Be an incredible team player with an energetic, positive attitude
• In studio position
• Monday-Friday 9 am - 1 pm OR 1:30-5:30 pm
• 20 hours/week

What makes you the right fit:

• MUST have an upbeat, positive attitude
• MUST have STELLAR communication skills - both verbal and written
• Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred
