Are you a seasoned mom or an experienced individual with excellent management skills? We are looking for an Event Assistant to fill in for our primary manager during parties, camps, and events. This position involves managing staff, mainly teenagers, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the events.

• Follows the direction dictated by the General Manager.
• Supports General Managers decisions in communication with the staff, customers, and student, parents, etc.
• Spends time working in all job functions related to the studio.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative reports and special reports for the General Manager.
• Learns and enforces cash handling procedures as dictated by the studio.
• Assist implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
• Assist creating , implementing and coordinating events, fund raising events.
• Assisting reaching out to public and private sectors to collaboration projects and donations, support. etc .
• Reports the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to the General Manager.
• Interacts with customers and students.
• Assist with social media campaigns , emails and reports when appropriate.
• Enforces and supports studio's guidelines.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Denville, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
