Job Summary:
The Supervisor of Children and Family Treatment Support Services position entails providing supervision for staff in the disciplines in the Rockland Children and Family Treatment Support and Services program (CFTSS).
Duties & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for signing off on progress notes in CareLogic for the CFTSS staff, uploading documents in the Document Library of child/youth Electronic Case Record in Carelogic and performing sundry duties that promote the efficient operation of the CFTSS Program. The supervisor will provide training and support to staff so that they can efficiently engage caregiver/family and child / youth to participate in service and reinforce the skills learned.
Education & Experience
A Licensed Masters in Social Work (LMSW)or similar professional license and two (2) years supervisory experience of staff providing direct services to severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents or providing linkage to services for children with a mental health diagnosis is required. A valid NYS driver's license is required and bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
