Additionally, Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The RS Assembly/Powder Coat Supervisor provides excellent leadership for self, team, and facility. Supervises day to day operations of RSGV Assembly and Powder Coat, including assembly and hydrant planning/scheduling. Responsible for overall safety and environmental compliance, efficiency, and profitability of the areas of responsibility. Collaboratively works with other supervisor, managers, and departments to ensure delivery of quality products with superior service levels.
