Shift Options:

Monday-Friday, 7 am-3 pm, pay $15 per hour.

Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm, pay $15 per hour.

Monday-Friday, 11 pm -7 am, pay $15 per hour.

While working as a Assembly Operator, you will have a wide variety of manufacturing responsibilities including but not limited to inserting the shaft into the core of the parent roll and securing using hand tools and mounts roll onto the machine using a hoist. The Assembly Operator will thread materials from parent roll through guides and rollers to cutters, gluer, printers, or folding devices. While starting machines, the candidate will observe the operation and adjust machines to ensure uniform shearing, folding, gluing, or sealing of continuous rolls of material into finished bags.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and run the machine and set draw roll pressure and position.
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and production.
• Fill the glue pot and position the seam unit.
• Check production orders for packaging instructions, bundles, boxes, stretch wrap, etc.
• Instruct catcher/stacker as needed to ensure the running of the machine.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Forklift and/or Clamp Truck experience
• Must be detail-oriented, proficient in computer skills in data entry, and basic math skills
• Be able to sit, stand, or walk the entire shift while lifting up to 30 pounds
• Able to provide a resume showcasing outstanding work history
