Asset/Liability Analyst gathers and analyzes data used in the development of programs and/or models that evaluate the organization's asset/liability strategy. Monitors and reports on interest rate risk and liquidity risk. Being an Asset/Liability Analyst assists in the development and deployment of strategies designed to mitigate these risks. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Asset/Liability Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Asset/Liability Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Location: One to three trips to Springfield, IL for quarterly onsite meetings.
Functional Description: The Business Analyst/Data Analyst will perform business and data analysis tasks daily. Functions will include analysis, planning, assisting in managing project deliverables, updating the project plan using Microsoft Project, coordinating between the technical team and the business users. This role will support analysis of two different data structures to support conversion and new data model development of a large-scale data warehouse using complex SQL. This includes providing direction for the solution, ensuring data quality, and support of the design, development, and implementation (DDI) of the project.
