The Asset/Liability Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     OVERVIEW
    The HRIS Analyst provides functional and technical expertise to a broad range of HRIS activities including project management, process implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance on all HR systems and/or reporting tools including but not limited to core HR, payroll, workforce management, benefits, talent, and learning. Consult and provide guidance on system design activities, providing HR system expertise and guidance on the benefits of automating and standardizing HR functionality.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Serve as the expert and primary point-of-contact for the day-to-day support of business processes (timekeeping, onboarding, performance, compensation, open enrollment, offboarding, etc.), integrations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality business operations
    • Provide instruction for HR Operations on the use of HR applications and troubleshooting errors
    • Consult on design solutions, configuration and system use, providing information proactively
    • Independently manage projects and coordinate with HR functional teams for process, system and system support initiatives.
    • Lead system implementation or release activities, providing guidance and counsel to business partners, systems analysts on priority and design solutions
    • Coordinate and communicate system changes, required systems maintenance/downtime, changes in functionality, etc. to the HR operations team and other impacted functions
    • Understand proper use, storage and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system and data quality compliance activities.
    • Partner with HR Operations team to design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends to inform business decisions and recommend solutions
    • Lead the design, development, reporting, analysis, and data visualization for ad hoc requests as well as long term insight and evaluation projects
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the payroll and time/WFM (workforce management) system within the HCM solution including configuration, testing, and training
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify enhancements to optimize system configuration, function, and access
    • Other duties and special projects as needed
    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s Degree is required. Degree in Business, Information Technology or related is preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS, functional systems or business professional role required
    • System implementation or other applicable project execution experience required
    • Experience with HR / Payroll / WFM systems; Dayforce experience preferred
    • Experience creating metric dashboards and custom reports
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)
    • Must be able to effectively instruct and educate others on utilizing the software(s), data tools, and ability to interpret and apply business requirements
    • Robust problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze data and take appropriate action.
    • Self-motivated with strong customer service orientation and continuous improvement, relationship management, project management, problem-solving, time management, and change management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment requiring minimal supervision, managing multiple assignments, and prioritizing tasks
