Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time position of Academic Compliance Specialist in the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. The Academic Compliance Specialist works with the Assistant Dean of Academic Quality, Assessment, and Compliance to ensure the University is compliant in creating and submitting on time reports for all areas of academic reporting. The Academic Compliance Specialist monitors all accreditation and institutional compliance deadlines and related calendar and assumes responsibility for accuracy of reporting. The Academic Compliance Specialist keeps a record of all reports and historical documents related to reporting including the University policy database and other related files.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Organized and deadline focused; detail oriented; excellent communication skills especially report writing; understanding of academic compliance and regulations; ability to organize and manage reports and deadlines to comply with regulatory requirements; collaborative and team spirited work with others in academics and across the University; at least two years administrative experience in higher education and preferably in a regulatory position if in possession of a master’s degree; otherwise five years’ experience in higher education in administrative roles.
