Madeira High School Athletic Director

Madeira City Schools is actively seeking an Athletic Director to provide leadership, supervision, and implementation of all aspects of a high-quality athletic program for students in Grades 7-12. Preferred candidates should have experience in leading an education-based athletic program in high performing settings that recognize athletics as a tool to not only compete at the highest levels but also complement our high-quality educational program.

We are seeking a leader that recognizes our athletic program is a part of the total Madeira educational experience - developing middle school and high school athletes into promising young adults who model sportsmanship, dependability, and responsibility for themselves and their teammates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred experience as an athletic director or related fields
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Background and knowledge of coaching
