Description

The Athletic Director will lead and administer the school’s athletic program for elementary and middle school. The A.D. will be responsible to recruit students and coaches. The A.D. will communicate with parents regularly with schedules, signup deadlines and proper code of conduct. The A.D. will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of fingerprints and class requirements for coaches.

Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

· working 10 – 15 per week including some Saturdays

· recruiting players and coaches for each sport

· organizing team rosters for each sport

· conducting meeting with coaches, parents and students

· ensuring that all coaches and players have proper documentation

· making sure that all equipment is set up and put away for practice and games

· attending all home games

Job Requirements:

Minimum High School diploma. Some college courses or related experience in similar position is preferred. Teaches and acts consistently in accordance with the mission, philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of the school and the Diocese of Orlando and promotes the ministry of Catholic Education.
