Assistant Athletic Director, Compliance jobs in Mesa, AZ

American Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for a Campus Athletic Director at our Anthem South Junior High/High School in Florence, AZ for the 2024-2025 academic school year.

The Campus Athletic Director will provide leadership and direction for the campus’s athletic programs and ensure that students, parents, staff and the community are provided a positive athletic experience at the Queen Creek JH/HS campus.

Job expectations include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all Athletic programs offered at the campus and recommend processes, strategies, and methods in regards to the development and maintenance of effective sports programs.
• Ensure the campus’s athletic program aligns with ALA and AIA policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Work closely with campus administration and the district Athletic Director
• Effectively hire and supervise coaches, as well as ensure they receive appropriate training and education
• Develop athletic schedules
• Order and purchase athletic equipment and supplies for the campus
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a job-related field
• Previous experience in athletic administration
• Knowledge and understanding of AIA rules and regulations
• Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Card
