Duties:
- Assist in the daily operations of the center
- Assist with staff schedules
- Assist with payroll processing
- Communicate with families and staff
- Provide assistance in classrooms when needed
- Assist in keeping all licenses and inspections current ad in compliance
- Co- lead staff meetings and parent workshops
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a childcare center or preschool setting
- Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets. Additional applications a plus
-Knowledge of all social media platforms

-Problem solving strategies
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
