Friends University is seeking to fill Administrative Assistant to Vice President of Athletics position in Wichita Kansas. This position provides support to the VP of Athletics in assisting with NAIA and KCAC compliance paperwork in addition to administrative support such as appointment scheduling, correspondence, meeting minutes, program evaluations, budget expenditures and preparation, seasonal employment paperwork and orientation for coaches and assistant coaches, departmental policy and procedure documentation. Assisting at sports banquets or other academic (game) events. Work hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday some weekend and/or evening hours as needed.
