We are seeking an Assistant Director who will grow quickly in the organization. This leader will rotate through various aspects of the business-from kitchen to drive-thru to front of house-to gain experience and work alongside team members. Some days you will be filling the roll of a director, and other days you will be running shifts as a shift leader. This will depend on the needs of the restaurant. After an initial training period, this leader will oversee 6-7 restaurant leaders, begin to think strategically for the business, and will influence the workplace culture and total guest experience. Ultimately, this person will develop and coach team members to be their best while delivering excellent customer service and modeling servant-based leadership.
Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation.
Initial training period (4-6 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (i.e., marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, hiring).
Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guests-leading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.
Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of 200 team members to motivate and help them reach their highest potential.
Develop 6-7 direct reports through one-on-one meetings, consistent reviews, and coaching.
Actively taking ownership of business responsibilities (i.e., budgeting, vendor relationships).
Maintain quality in food safety, cleanliness, and overall, Chick-fil-A standards.
Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency.
Build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team and executive operator’s vision.
