JOIN TEAM TRILOGY:
The Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting the Office Managers/Development Department and campus DPO with maintaining the appearance and operations of the Home Office building and Trilogy health campus to ensure the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our employees, residents, and visitors.
Duties and Responsibilities

Partners with Property Management company to maintain the appearance and operations of the Trilogy Home Office building in accordance with current federal and state guidelines and regulations.
- Performs the construction and reconfiguration of cubicles to meet the needs of Home Office personnel.
- Manages issues with work stations such as locked cabinets, re-keying door, moving office furniture, etc. at the Home Office.
- Assists with safety and fire protection and prevention programs by inspecting work areas and equipment and conducting drills as required.
- Performs repairs as needed and/or appropriate on equipment, building/campus and grounds.
- Collaborate with vendors on maintenance/repairs at the Home Office and campus as needed.
- Manages the filing and storage of material safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals as the campus to ensure accurate and current information is available.
- Assists in developing and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience

Exemplary computer skills that include the knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products.
- Prior experience in long-term healthcare or other healthcare related facility strongly preferred.
