Plans and organizes campus-wide recreational programs for all students, faculty, and staff. Being an Assistant Campus Recreation Director may supervise student staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Assistant Campus Recreation Director typically reports to Campus Recreation Director. The Assistant Campus Recreation Director supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.   • Position Overview 

    The Director of Admissions at Campus will oversee the Admissions department. This department has a critical team  of Admissions Counselors across the country who interact with potential students on a daily basis. Our Admissions Counselors serve as the first point of contact for prospective students as they explore their college options. This team helps prospective students understand how Campus can meet their academic needs and supports them closely throughout the evaluation and enrollment process. As the Director of Admissions, your primary responsibility will be to lead a dedicated admissions team to optimize conversion rates, reduce pre-enrollment attrition, and grow overall student enrollment. You will serve as the gatekeeper of Campus, guiding prospective students towards a world-class education. 

    What you’ll do 

    • Manage the admissions team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inquiry to enrollment conversion rates.
    • Analyze and address pre-enrollment attrition to ensure as many students as possible join our programs. 
    • Lead the implementation of effective admissions processes and policies that align with our institution's mission. 
    • Use key metrics to inform decision-making and shape the future strategy of the admissions department. 
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies that maximize student recruitment and enrollment. 

    About you:

    • At least 6 - 10 years of work experience having managed teams and teams of teams
    • A seasoned leader with a proven track record in B2C sales.
    • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • A deep understanding of the sales process and the challenges and opportunities it presents. 
    • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to address challenges and optimize processes.

    • Experience leading large sales teams and coaching best practices

    Location: New York | Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in from 10 am to 7 pm EST daily
