Assistant Campus Recreation Director administers and promotes all non-varsity, club (intramural) sports and wellness program. Plans and organizes campus-wide recreational programs for all students, faculty, and staff. Being an Assistant Campus Recreation Director may supervise student staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Assistant Campus Recreation Director typically reports to Campus Recreation Director. The Assistant Campus Recreation Director supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Position Summary:
    As a Technical Director at Dynamic Campus, you will be a key driver in enhancing our client’s business operations and ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading and nurturing a talented team of technical professionals, fostering innovation, and solving complex technical challenges. Your positive attitude, collaborative approach, and commitment to a nurturing culture will be integral to our success. The Technical Director reports to the Dynamic Campus site Chief Information Officer and oversees Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure Services, and User Services.

    Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Hours may vary.

    • Business Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
    • Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure our technical solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Innovation: Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation within the technical team.
    • Problem Solving: Oversee the resolution of technical challenges and issues, ensuring that solutions are efficient, effective, and meet the highest quality standards.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with peers throughout Dynamic Campus to align technical initiatives with overall company strategies. Foster strong collaboration.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CIS, or related field
    • Proven experience in a technology leadership role within higher education.
    • Strong technical background and understanding of emerging technologies.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
    • Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and promote a positive work culture.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional customer service orientation.
    • A desire to lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams.
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed to move equipment
    • Must be able to sit for long periods at a time and or stand for long periods at a time
    • Must be able to use a ladder or crawl under desks and tight spaces as needed for troubleshooting equipment, cabling, projectors, etc.
