Assistant Campus Recreation Director administers and promotes all non-varsity, club (intramural) sports and wellness program. Plans and organizes campus-wide recreational programs for all students, faculty, and staff. Being an Assistant Campus Recreation Director may supervise student staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Assistant Campus Recreation Director typically reports to Campus Recreation Director. The Assistant Campus Recreation Director supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Tahoe Donner Association is looking for a high energy Recreation Supervisor to join our summer operations! The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all recreation programs and special events for Tahoe Donner Association. These include seasonal events, children’s programs, outdoor programs, general leisure programs, and other programs as assigned. This includes staffing, payroll, retail inventory, scheduling, training, and supervising the recreation staff, and special event staff.
