Gulf Stream Coach is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President and Chairman at Gulfstream Coach.

General Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative services and management support to the President and Chairman

2. Coordinate office activities and handle diverse support projects with efficiency

3. Draft professional and legal communications with a high degree of confidentiality

4. Be the keeper of all high-level confidential documents and reports (Risk management)

5. Manage and schedule the calendar of the executive team

6. Work closely with different management teams as needed (Controller)

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of previous applicable experience

2. Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft office Suite

3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

4. Strong organizational and efficiency capabilities

5. Preferred: Paralegal experience

6. Preferred: Degree in Organizational Management
