Job Description : We are seeking a Sports Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team, facilitating sports-related activities and assisting clients in attending various sports events.
This role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia, have reliable Wi-Fi access, and possess a smartphone or computer.
No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. The role involves email communication, direct vendor contact, and booking tickets for clients to diverse sports events.
Key Responsibilities : Sports Event Booking : Liaise with clients to understand their sports event preferences and requirements.
Research and book tickets to a wide range of sports events, including games, matches, and tournaments. Vendor Communication : Establish and maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports event organizers.
Negotiate ticket prices, group discounts, and special packages on behalf of clients. Client Relations : Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
Keep clients informed about event details, ticket availability, and any changes. Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and preferences.
