Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Shop Assistant to join our team at Legends Sport and Turf in Saint Mary's. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of our shop and outdoor areas. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment as well as assisting sales with new customer units.

Additional Tasks

• Help Sales with new units sold / detailing of new machines
• Responsible for maintaining inventory on the lot - removal of snow in the winter
• Move machines in and out of the service department each day to prepare for the work day
• Janitorial & Grounds Maintenance/Trash daily
• Assist staff with customers when needed
• Run shop errands as needed
• Turf Repairs and services - lawn mowers / chain saws etc.
• Snow removal on sidewalk / icemelt
• Used inventory ready to hit floor / detailed
• Additional tasks as needed

Summer hours March 1-September 30:
Tuesday- Friday 8-6, Saturday 9-3, Off Sunday, Monday

Winter hours October 1- February 28
Tuesday - Thursday 8-5 Saturday 9-3

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
