Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update medical information accurately
- Assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes
- Provide administrative support to chiropractors and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems or willing to learn
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively
