Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sports programs, ensuring the development and success of our athletes. This is a paid position.

Duties:

- Develop and implement training programs for our football team.

- Provide instruction and guidance to athletes during practice sessions and competitions

- Plan and organize team practices, drills, and game strategies

- Evaluate athlete performance and provide feedback for improvement

- Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions.

- Manage behavior and discipline of athletes, promoting a positive and respectful team environment

- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events

- Communicate effectively with athlete, staff, and general manager regarding program updates and expectations

Qualifications:

- Previous football coaching experience.

- Knowledge of physical education principles and techniques

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with athletes and staff

- Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a positive manner

- Ability to climb stairs or ladders as needed for facility maintenance or equipment setup
