Analyzes player performance to determine improvement plan for the group or individual player. Being an Assistant Coach (Major Sport) provides skill demonstrations of sport coached. Must be familiar with NCAA rules and regulations. Additionally, Assistant Coach (Major Sport) requires a bachelor's degree in the related area. Typically reports to a head coach. The Assistant Coach (Major Sport) contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
