Status: Part Time/Non-Exempt Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients

• Guide prospect clients through first appointments according to OsteoStrong standards

• Deliver Spectrum demos to prospect members

• Complete center tours with prospect and new members

• Assist Management with day-to-day operations

• Understand OsteoStrong services knowledge, policies and procedures for operations

• Complete basic Spectrum machines maintenance

• Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each session so each client receives the best OsteoStrong experience

• Complete opening and/or closing checklists

• Perform basic front desk skills (picking up calls, scheduling appointments)

• Must have superior customer service skills

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook

• Must be highly organized

• Ability to work independently as well as on a team

• Should have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior management

Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
