Job Description:
As a Job Coach at MJRN Associates, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain employment. You will work directly with clients to assess their skills, interests, and goals, and provide personalized coaching and support to help them succeed in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' strengths, skills, and employment goals.
• Develop individualized employment plans and strategies tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Provide job readiness training, including resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette.
• Assist clients in job search activities, including identifying job opportunities, completing applications, and networking.
• Accompany clients to job interviews and provide on-the-job support during the initial transition period.
• Collaborate with employers to facilitate job placements and establish supportive work environments.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients in the workplace, including skill development, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor clients' progress and outcomes, and make adjustments to employment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in vocational rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of community resources and employment support services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
