Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant
Brown Coach, Inc is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant. In this position, the representative would be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, providing excellent customer service, directing calls to the appropriate person/department, making outbound calls, administrative tasks, and general office work. Experience working in an office setting is preferred but not necessary. This is an in-person, Monday-Friday position with an 8-hour shift to be worked during normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Make use of office equipment as needed (computer, phone system, fax machine, copier)
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
