We are seeking an experienced and quality-driven automotive technician to fill an open position in the Class A Motorhome industry repairs and paint. $35,000 - $45,000 yearly

• Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs
• Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes
• Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools
• Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more

• Prep job for paint by sand, buff, backfill, prime & block, tape & mask off design get ready for paint
• Mix paint, can be trained in this responsibility
• Fiberglass &/or metal experience a plus

• Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal
• Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred
• Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory
• High school diploma or GED is required
