Responsibilities:
- Operate a motorcoach on assigned routes, following all state and federal regulations for passenger transportation
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times, including assisting with luggage and providing information on destinations and amenities
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing A to B Motorcoach in a positive and customer-focused manner
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the motorcoach to ensure it is in safe operating condition
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including driving hours and vehicle maintenance logs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the motorcoach and driver's area
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record
- Experience as a motorcoach operator
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
