Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) jobs in Allentown, PA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a general property maintenance person to assist with initial winter cleanup with follow-on periodic maintenance. If chosen for the position you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the outdoor spaces for our home. This position requires a strong attention to detail, knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, pool Maintenance. You will be expected to have the skills to safely operate equipment such as a zero-turn mower, push mower, weed trimmer, small chain saw, and hedge trimmer.

Duties:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, including removing debris and litter
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide excellent customer service

Skills:
- Proficient in operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with the homeowner.

Requirements:

-Valid Driver's License

-A background Check may be performed

-16 years of age minimum

This is a great spring opportunity with flexible hours and days.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
