Office Assistant / Receptionist

Are you a hard working individual, with great people and computer skills, who takes pride in great customer service?  Vallely Sport & Marine might be the place for you!  We are looking for an office assistant to support our growing dealership.  

Great for college student looking for full time hours in the summer months, and part time hours during school.  Also, will consider other full time/part time schedules.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Answer phone and distribute digital communication throughout company

Greet customers in a friendly professional manner and help manage departmental coordinate with guests
Distribute and track incoming calls

Misc accounts payable and light accounting work

Paperwork filing

Light housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, etc).

Maintain and update some company technology

Light Spreadsheet Tracking

Help Maintain Signage

Maintain Inventory Tracking Paperwork

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License

General Computer Skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word, and Windows

Some Saturday work hours 9am-2pm
