Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) coaches and demonstrates minor sport athletic team with skills, techniques, and strategies for maximum athletic performance. Analyzes player performance to determine improvement plan for the group or individual player. Being an Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) must be familiar with NCAA rules and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) typically reports to a head coach. The Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
