คำอธิบายงาน

• Control, monitor and follow up line production performance proactively in order to promote high efficiency.
• Develop and improve production process and machines for increasing efficiency.
• Chemical experience, preferably including mixing.
• Coordinate with other departments (such as sales, warehouse and purchasing) to Operate in the same direction and according to the plan.
• Supervise and control subordinates to work follow the company standard, regulation and realize for safety awareness.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or relevant.
• 5 years of experience in Production from the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Thai.  Able to speak/ write in English language is an added advantage.  
• Management skills, Communication, Leadership, Planning, Decision Making and Team Working under multi-cultural environment.
